I live in Tel – Aviv, Israel and have a cat who says I spend too much time on the computer (and she’s probably right).

I have been working in the Oracle industry for quite some time now in various roles.

Currently I work as a Principal Database Consultant for a leading consulting firm in Israel called Veracity Group.

In the past I worked as a consultant for Oracle Corporation in Israel and so it gave me the opportunity to stumble upon numerous different issues and configurations in the database world. My experience with oracle database led me to look over some interesting issues, which I would like to share here in my blog.

I will try to cover the selected Oracle core technologies such as Database performance techniques, ASM, RAC, Dataguard, RMAN, Backup and Recovery solutions, Streams etc.
